Aart-Jan van der Pol
Aart-Jan van de Pol has worked as a concert organiser in the field of Classical music since 2005. For ten years he has worked as a programmer for the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and in 2018 he has been appointed director of the Netherlands Violin Competition. Additionally, he has his own practice, advising and coaching musicians and other artists on how to realise their professional dreams.
Aart-Jan has an eye for talent and talent development and he knows his way around the cultural field at home and abroad.
