Daphne Leong is Associate Professor of Music Theory at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research interests include analysis and performance, rhythm, and 20th- and 21st-century music. Her performance-related work centers on theorist-performer collaborations; these form the core of her forthcoming book Performing Knowledge: 20th-c. Works in Analysis and Performance (Oxford). Leong is also an active chamber musician, and founding member of the new-music quartet Throw Down or Shut Up!
