Two weeks ago, Matthijs van Delft (second-year bachelor student of classical guitar) was in the final of the Dutch TV show Holland's Got Talent. He played his own arrangement of Astor Piazzolla’s Oblivion, accompanied by his sister, Adinda, on the violin. She herself was in the final of the TV show four years ago in which she managed to secure a spot among the top three. Matthijs matched that performance after an exciting evening in which, in addition to dancers and singers, he was the only one playing an instrument. He participated with the goal of bringing classical music to the attention of a wider audience, hopefully this performance was a nice step in that direction!
