The Sweelinck Baroque Orchestra is the orchestra of the early music department of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and was founded by Lucy van Dael and Alfredo Bernardini. Each year, the orchestra rehearses a number of programmes under the direction of internationally renowned teachers from the early music department and guest conductors, such as Jos van Veldhoven, Alfredo Bernardini, Teunis van der Zwart and Menno van Delft, followed by concerts at home and abroad.
