Violist Floris Heeres (2001) has been awarded the Gerda Schunk-Cremers Scholarship. The scholarschip covers the tuition fee for one study year and five lessons with a member of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.

The Gerda Schunk-Cremers Scholarship is awarded every year by a jury consisting of members of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra to the best Dutch Sweelinck Academy student who plays an orchestra instrument (including piano).
