De band Blupaint  has won the ‘Grote Prijs van Nederland’,  a major prize for pop bands in the Netherlands. The prize includes, among other things, a photo shoot, 100 promo CD’s and concerts at various festivals.
The members of the band are singer/guitarist Sebastiaan van Ravenhorst, guitarist Floris Bosma, bassist Dennis Out and drummer Dan Huijser, all students at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam Pop Department.
