Philip Dizack is one of the most important and fluid trumpeters of his generation, successfully meriting the DownBeat magazine proclamation “[one of twenty-five] Trumpet Players for the Future”. 

Among the most working creative jazz trumpeters in New York City, Dizack has released three soloalbums and has been featured in the bands of Melissa Aldana, Ben Van Gelder, Dayna Stephens and others. Dizack was shown the tradition in his early twenties through performing, touring and recording with jazz luminaries Bobby Watson, Eddie Palmieri, Dr. Lonnie Smith and Jimmy Cobb. Since then, he has performed alongside an extremely wide array of musicians and in many genres.
