Everyone at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam must be able to work and study in a pleasant work environment. Security, empathy and mutual respect are vital in creating the right conditions for a productive and successful period of study. To prevent and deal with sexual harassment and/or aggression, the AHK has drawn up a Code of Conduct for Public Safety and a complaints procedure and appointed various confidential advisers.
