Reinhard Findenegg studied sound engineering at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague and piano, methodology, voice and choral conducting at the 'Zoltán Kodály' Music Institute in Hungary. Additionally he graduated from teh Music in Education programme at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

Reinhard conducted various choirs, such as Chamber Choir Decamerone, and Pop Choir Remix. Since 2006 he has been conductor of Scherzando. He worked in primary education and nowadays teachers methodology and didactics at the Music in Education department of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
