Wouter Bergenhuizen

Wouter Bergenhuizen (Maastricht, 1988) is regarded as one of the most promising young musicians in the Netherlands. He studied at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest with renowned teachers such as Willem Brons, Jan Wijn, and Ferenc Rados. In 2013 Wouter made a highly successful debut as a soloist playing Totentanz by Franz Liszt with the Zuid-Nederlands Phiharmonisch Orkest, where he has been a regular guest ever since.  
In addition to performing on stage, Wouter is a teacher of Classical piano as a subsidiary subject at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
