Wiesje Miedema
Wiesje Miedema is teacher of methodology to violin and viola students at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and violin teacher at the Sweelinck Academy, the CvA's national study programme for exceptionally gifted children. Additionally, she is a violin teacher at the Muziek-en Dansschool Amstelveen, where she also conducts the Camerata Amstelveen string orchestra for advanced string players. She regularly coaches string ensembles and she also gives various kinds of workshops for teachers. She is a member of Philharmonia Amsterdam.
