For the past two years I have been studying at the Master of Musical Leadership at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I have had an incredibly instructive time where I was able to link my artistic development to the societal project. My project and research focused on the importance of vulnerability and developing a creative mindset for teachers in music education. In addition, I sought my personal vulnerability by writing my own music and recording my first EP. I have found this combination to be very valuable. The Master has given me a lot of baggage around leadership and setting up and executing (social) projects and I definitely plan to continue this in the future.

This master is very well suited for musicians and music teachers who want to further develop themselves in the artistic, organizational and educational field.
