AEMA Hybrid

Setting the tone in this world’s digital transformation, the Amsterdam Electronic Music Academy (AEMA) is proud to present AEMA Hybrid. Offering a study programme similar to the regular AEMA training, AEMA Hybrid has been designed to accommodate students who prefer to study at their own pace, at a location of their own choice. Upon successful completion, you will earn the same Associate Degree as in the onsite programme.

Programme
As a student of AEMA Hybrid you will have the opportunity to follow the entire programme from your home base, interact with teachers and students, visit the institute in Amsterdam for projects and exams and become a part of the AEMA community.

AEMA Hybrid is tailor-made for deejays and producers who want to take the next step in their careers and musical development. Students will be selected on their musical qualities, ability to maintain a mature independent work attitude, and a well-developed basis in their music career.

The programme consists of online video classes, a state-of-the-art Learning Management System, and personal feedback. Additionally, AEMA Hybrid includes several onsite study weeks per year in Amsterdam, one of the world's capitals of electronic music. You will take part in our project weeks, onsite classes and exams, and get the opportunity for direct feedback moments. Some of these meetings are mandatory to make full use of the course material and complete specific assessments of the programme.
