Musicarium is a high-level music school in Brazil that aims to give children from all walks of life a chance to develop musically. For example, the orchestras and ensembles feature young musicians who did not receive any musical training at home. Musicarium is a safe haven for all students; they come to the music school almost every day of the week to take lessons or rehearse with each other. Training is free for all students; the programme is financially supported by private high schools and businesses.

In September and October 2024, the musicians of Musicarium went on their first international tour, performing in Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. On 5 October 2024, they gave a concert at the CvA, together with students of the Sweelinck Academy.
