Saxophonist Aina Font Zaragoza is the winner of the Primer Palau Premi Joventuts Musicals CAT. This prize is not only awarded for musical excellence, but also for the strong individual voice as an artist. The jury was full of praise for Aina's performance: ‘Charisma, scenic presence and brilliant interpretation.’ And: ‘A performance marked by mastery of the chosen repertoire.’ 
Aina Font studied saxophone with Arno Bornkamp at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, obtaining her master's degree in 2022. 

Organised by Palau de La Música Catalana, the Primer Palau Premi Joventuts Musicals CAT is one of the most prestigious competitions of Europe, showcasing great musicians from all over the world. In this edition there were finalists from Japan, France, Italy, Spain and Germany.
