This summer, the Conservatorium van Amsterdam will engage in a unique first-time collaboration with South East Jazz Festival and the Conservatory of Suriname. In the week of August 25th, a delegation of 15 teachers, alumni and students from the Conservatory of Suriname will come to Amsterdam to give workshops and masterclasses and to form ensembles with CvA students. The results of this inspiring collaboration can be heard on 30 and 31 August at the South East Jazz Festival, which will host a stage to showcase the bands.
