Tijn Wybenga has been awarded the Deutscher Jazzpreis in the category ‘International debut album of the year’ for his album Brainteaser. The composer and bandleader recorded the album with his Amsterdam Modern Orchestra (AM.OK). 

Tijn Wybenga founded AM.OK to explore the sounds of the Amsterdam jazz scene. Additionally, he works as a composer and arranger with the Metropole Orchestra, the Netherlands Wind Ensemble and the Dutch National Youth String Orchestra
