Francesca Clements nominated for AHK Graduation Prize 2016

Francesca Clements is met haar afstudeerproject Electro Recorder Lab genomineerd voor de AHK Graduation Prize 2016.

Francesca Clements has been nominated for the AHK Graduation Prize 2016. Her graduation project Electronic Electro Recorder Lab is one of nine projects to have been selected for competition for the prize, an amount of 3000 euros.

Francesca graduated from the master’s degree programme in Live Electronics in June 2016. In 2014 she graduated from the bachelor’s degree programme in recorder at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

In the Electronic Recorder Lab Francesca researches how Live Electronics can be implemented in Instrumental Music Teaching. The teaching method includes laboratories of experimentation in the form of game cards for teachers to use as sources of inspiration during their lessons, and several apps which could be used in conjunction with the physical electronics (microphones, speakers, etc).

The winner will be announced on 21 November 2016
