Vuma Levin Quintet en Dario Trapani Sextet winners of the semi-finals

The Vuma Levin Quintet (Nicolò Ricci, saxophone; Giovanni Agosti, piano; Vuma Ian Levin, guitar; Brodie Jarvie, bass; Jeroen Batterink, drums) and the Dario Trapani Sextet (Giovanni Cigui, saxophone; Nicolò Ricci, tenor saxophone; Gianluca Elia, tenor saxophone; Dario Trapani, guitar; Alessandro Fongaro, bass; Attila Gyarfas, drums) have won the semi-finals of the Keep an Eye International Jazz Award.

The Vuma Levin Quintet (Nicolò Ricci, saxophone;  Giovanni Agosti, piano; Vuma Ian Levin, guitar; Brodie Jarvie, bass; Jeroen Batterink, drums) and the Dario Trapani Sextet (Giovanni Cigui, saxophone;  Nicolò Ricci, tenor saxophone; Gianluca Elia, tenor saxophone; Dario Trapani, guitar; Alessandro Fongaro, bass; Attila Gyarfas, drums) have won the semi-finals of the Keep an Eye International Jazz Award.

On April 14th  they will compete with Berklee Global Jazz Ambassadors (Berklee College of Music, Boston), The Mart Dames (Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, Barcelona), Siena  (Accademia Nazionale del Jazz, Siena) en MSM Jazz Arts Quintet (Manhattan School of Music, New York).

Canvas (Orestis .Petrakis, piano; Pedro Ivo Ferreira, double bass; Nick Thessalonikefs, drums) won the incentive prize
