Arnold Marinissen to be appointed Associate Director of Conservatorium van Amsterdam

As of June 15, 2016, Arnold Marinissen will be appointed Associate Director (Classical and Music in Education Departments) of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

For nearly ten years Arnold has been connected to the conservatory as teacher and head of the Percussion and New Music Departments. A composer, prominent percussion soloist and director/artistic leader, Arnold will be able to provide a valuable contribution to the development of the Conservatorum van Amsterdam in the near future. He will succeed Sven Arne Tepl, who has been appointed artistic leader with The Hague Philharmonic Orchestra.
