Mengie Han wins third prize and audience prize at Liszt Competition

Pianist Mengjie Han has won third prize at the International Franz Liszt Competition. He also won the Capgemini Audience Award, thus proving to be the audience’s favourite finalist.

Mengjie is the first Dutch contestant in nine years to reach the final of this prestigious competition. He studies in the second year of the master's degree programme at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
