Über-Ich, formed by students from the Pop Department, have won the semi-final of the ‘Grote Prijs van Nederland’ – a major pop music award in the Netherlands - in the category ‘Band’. They will compete in the final on December 8, 2012. Last year Yori Swart, alumna from the Pop Department, won the ‘Grote Prijs’ in the category ‘Singer/songwriter’.
