Tonight at the AHK Starterscafé: Create a strong CV or portfolio
How you can make it clear at a glance which qualities you possess? Find out how you can put together the ideal CV or a strong portfolio. What you should and shouldn’t say. Which influence design has. How you should adapt it for each position or job. During this session, you will lay down the foundations for a CV or portfolio.
About Anita Smit and Jacques Vereecken
Anita Smit (she/her) and Jacques Vereecken (he/him) are the experts of the evening. Anita was affiliated with the Netherlands Film Academy from 1991 until the end of 2023. She coordinated the courses Cinematography, introduced commercial education, supervised many student films as head of productions. Jacques is an entrepreneur, in the broadest sense of the word, in the film industry. He is a filmmaker, director, producer and coach for new talent.
This workshop is conducted in Dutch. Feel free to ask questions in English. The English-language workshops will take place in January 2025.

This inspiring workshops is free for current students and recent graduates (after 2021) and €12.50 for AHK alumni who graduated before 2021 and external visitors.

17:30-18:00: Walk in & free meal | Meet your fellow students and experts and expand your network.
18:00-20:30: Tips & tricks | The instructor will tell you everything you need to know as a beginner.
20:30-21:00: The bar is open | Feel free to continue chatting with other guests or ask your tutor any questions.
