How to prepare financially for studying in the Netherlands
By Dutch law every student from abroad - including EU/EEA-countries - who resides in the Netherlands, is required to have sufficient financial means to pay for their studies and stay.
Students who require a residence permit for study must be able to submit proof to the Dutch immigration office (IND) every year that they have sufficient means per month to pay for their studies and stay. Students from EU/EEA countries do not have to submit financial documents, but they should have sufficient financial means to pay for their studies and stay as well.

Housing
Housing in Amsterdam is very problematic and rents can be significantly high. Be aware that the school cannot help you financially, apart from some very limited possibilities like a Holland scholarship (for non EU-students).
