Sílvia Lanao Aregay (Spain, 1995) has won the ‘Young Composer’ grant of the Dutch Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. She has been awarded an amount of € 12.500,- and a commission to write two compositions for the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra in the next season, which will be broadcast by TV show Podium Witteman. 

Sílvia graduated from the Classical Composition Department at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in 2021.
