Niek Putman

Niek Putman is programme manager at Echo Expertise Center for Diversity Policy. He provides training on diversity, inclusion, color awareness and intersectionality. He is also coordinator of the internship discrimination programme of the Ministry of OCW and the Ministry of SZW.

As project leader, Niek supervises youth projects for the Polder Theater and conducted pre- and post-performance interviews with high school students at performances. Niek is also a lecturer in the minor Social Professional in Art & Culture at the HvA.
